Scunthorpe Works

Located in the works of Corus (the UK iron and steel producer), which provides the raw material for its products, this plant can produce 560,000 tonnes of GGBS per year.

Product is despatched in bags to many parts of the country and in bulk tankers to the East and West Midlands, North Wales and Yorkshire.

The plant is the most modern in the group having recently been constructed with a large capacity closed circuit ball mill and an inline roller press as a pre-grinder.
